What is your return policy for your vintage items?
Due to the unique nature of our second-hand designer items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item is found to be unauthentic by a reputable third-party authentication service. In such cases, we provide a full refund, including shipping fees.
How long does shipping take?
We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days. For domestic orders within Australia, standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while express shipping takes 2-3 business days. International shipping may take between 10-25 business days.
Please note: all shipping times are from your orders dispatch date. Public holidays and weekends are not included within business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we provide free standard shipping on all domestic orders within Australia. Additional charges apply only if you request expedited shipping, which costs $20 for express delivery.
Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping for international orders.
